Yes Toy. Buds cycled through the non updated pistols in early February. On the very remote chance (Murphy's Law) that one may have hung around, Sig will take care of it quickly and cost free : https://www.sigsauer.com/support/p320-voluntary-upgrade/

It should be, unless buds has some old stock (unlikely). Isn't really any way to be sure without actually looking at the particular gun. https://www.sigsauer.com/support/p320-voluntary-upgrade/
