Hi,
I received my .44 desert eagle yesterday the third in my desert eagle collection being I bought the .357 eagle a week ago and .50 cal two weeks prior. My problem is it either jams or won't seat the round when chambered, or jams now I went through the same with the .357 eagle but once I found the ammo it like American Eagle not one problem.I thought the.44 would be the same but I've gone through three different brands since yesterday. Should I order a replacement mag or deeper issue?

Charles I would get another magazine to try 1st.  2nd, I would disassemble and clean the pistol even though new and lube all parts before reassembly. There may be a break in period after this as well. If none of these change the behavior of the jams then the pistol may be the culprit. I would then contact Magnum Research at that point.

Hi Charles,  It sounds like the Magazine to me. I would get another to try it out something with a better spring preferred.
