81161 has what you're looking for. The 81100 does not, but can be modified with a kit I think. Its a common problem for small frame shooters. I would go with the 81161 or let him grow into the 81100.

The model you indicated does not have a Length Of Pull adjustment but the 81161 does indeed have the adjustment.
