The "Arm Brace" is legal to own in Florida without a tax stamp Kezden. It is an arm brace and not a shoulder stock. The "Brace" does not change the status of the firearm legal wise, only a shoulder stock would need a tax stamp.
No from what i'm reading this is NOT ALLOWED in Florida without a tax stamp.. Statue states "Barrel must exceed 18" of over all length and a total length of 26" no less!! " Any shotgun with a sawed off barrel and or a shorter barrel then 18" is considered illegal unless proper steps to obtain such a weapon have been taken care.... (TAX STAMP) States any Barrel under 16" is considered a short barrel shotgun. This shotgun has a barrel of 14". Even though it exceeds the over all length of 26" the barrel is under the legal requirements and will again require a stamp. Hope this helped and i sure hope i read the law proper. I do also live in Florida should know this. haha Best of luck
