Yes it will Mike. This fits the FNS40 and FNX40 pistols. It will not fit the FNP-40. The FNP-40 mags will NOT interchange with FNX-40 mags. They have different methods of release (FNP uses a cut out in the mag, arguably more secure, but not ambi, but is reversible, FNX uses a tab on the front of the mag, is ambi, may not be as secure)
