I am going to be purchasing my 1st 5.56mm and I was going to use it for walking around the farm shooting coyotes and some target shooting. My question is would I buy a 1:7 Twist, or 1:9 Twist barrel, which one is better more or less? Thank you

I would go with the 1:7 as it will give you the widest range weight of bullets that it will stabilize Stephen. 1:9 is not bad as it will stabilize bullets in the 45gr to 69gr range quite well. 1:7, no worries of bullet weight, ever.

My S&W Sport II is more accurate than I will ever be at 200+ yards that being said they are all production guns and some really like certain ammo and hate others I am happy with 1:9 in my S&W it seems to shoot everything I tried well and some types very well
