What the differences in this gun and Mossberg & Sons - 500 Persuader 20Ga 20"Cyl Bl Model: 54300? It looks to be the same gun as it has the same model#. Is one actually that much better or is it just a small spec difference that has them listed at different prices?

Michael, these are the exact same shotguns model 54300. Someone at Buds used the model number instead of the UPC code on the "Persuader" listing and inadvertently created 2 listings for the same shotgun. The difference in cost is because of the difference of the number in stock of each listing.
