Bud's restriction on sale to "professionals" only is ridiculous. I am not a "professional" but have bought 55 gr Tap from many suppliers over the years. There is nothing "special" about it other than it happens to be extremely accurate in a precision long firearm I own. In fact, components and ballistics performance o the TAP are nearly identical to the Hornady 55gr V-Max Varmint Express; which I guess I will just buy some where else.
