Dale, unfortunately the "circular" magazine releases are not ambidextrous to change/switch over. The key shaped 1911 magazine releases are ambi and can be switched to the other side/replaced. no you can not get a "right side" release to flt the 1911 guns including RIA the only left handed 1911s that I know of were the (long ago discontinued) Randall Portsider and Cabot arms introduced a lefty 1911 a few years ago https://www.ammoland.com/2016/09/cabot-guns-releases-new-south-paw-left-handed-1911-style-pistol/#axzz5HkdXNHby
