Veronica, if you are making an outright purchase, yes. Since Buds does not send specific pistol info like serial numbers, you will get that information when your pistol is picked up from your FFL. Then you can register for the promotion. If things have changed at Buds regarding this process, I would contact Buds directly at LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue chat now" button at the bottom right of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
