re-reading the NJ restrictions I suggest that you call a local FFL and se if the one with the fake suppressor is in fact legal (what is a barrel shroud ?)
It is not. The railed Target GERG1911TGT (which is out of stock at most online vendors) can be easily swapped to the standard grips and can be purchased directly from ATI here : (https://www.americantactical.us/4998/detail.html)
