If you are not having ammunition sent then you should be alright. By law, if there is ammo, they have to put a sticker that says "Small Arms - Cartridges" on it and it is a white and black diamond with "ORM-D" on it. You can have FedEx hold it for you for pickup, however.

I don't have markings on my boxes indicating anything. But, I have not purchased ammo from Buds yet.
