Are you able to use 15 rnd mags in this HK VP9 tactical that comes with 3 10 rnd mags?  What is the difference in the vp9 that comes with 10 rnd mags and the one that comes with 15 rnd mags?

Yes you can Carl. The magazines are physically the same size. The 10rd mags are internally blocked to only hold 10rds for restricted states. The pistol will accept both 10rd or 15rd magazines just the same.

yes the mag bodies are the some they are modified to only hold 10 rounds
