Rafael, It depends on the online vendor . Some refuse to ship to Illinois let alone Chicago or if they do you need to send a copy of your foid and drivers License. Since the community members here are not Buds employees, I would ask Buds directly (Laws do change) via LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue Chat Now" bottom at the bottom right of the page at 9 EST in the morning, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
