it will work great I use the UpLULA with all my handgun Magazines and it works great with then P365
William, yes, it will work with the P365 double stack magazine just fine.
Yes. I have heard that tou may want to load the first round in the mag by hand at first. The follower in the mag is shaped with a slope to the side so there is a ridge that the UpLULA loader will press against. Loading the first round by hand may prevent any damage to the polymer follower by the metal tab in the loader. This may not even be a problem but the precaution is not bad. I probably wouldn't worry about it.
