Carbon steel, 4140. You would think on a "Military & Police" model they would use 4150, but they actually are made with 4140 apparently after having researched the company info and doing their wiki page search.

This is a NICE rifle! It's a carbon steel barrel (4140) with a 1 per 8" twist rate; 2 stage trigger and is ready to rock from the get go.
