No, Buds will not remove or replace any items for shipping reasons of any kind.

The 10190 model is identical with 10rd, except its a .40 and not the 9mm.

Unfortunately no. Bud's does not alter the packaging/contents in any way from the factory. You can find this in the state compliance under customer help

I am sorry to say that nothing will be removed or changed (such as magazines) because there are too many items shipping out each day and making a mistake wouldn't be good. The good news is that there are other models that are basically the same but with 10 round mags (the 10190 model, for instance, has a 10 round magazine but is in a slightly larger 40)
