Hi Jeffrey, yes the Taurus PT-111 & G2C are +P rated You can verify at page 21 here: (taurususa.com/pdf/millennium-g2-manual.pdf). I own 2 PT-111 and 2 G2C's and they digest +P loads just fine.
Jeffery, The PT111 G2 is rated for +P. I own this particular gun and although I've not shot +P rounds, I do my own reloading and I load 9mm rounds that are slightly above standard 9mm pressures. I've not had any issues with this handgun with these higher pressure rounds. As a side note, this Taurus has a trigger that is almost the equal of Walther PPQ (which also own) that is renowned for it great trigger. The Taurus PT111 G2 trigger is smooth with very little take up, has a crisp release and a nice short reset. Its an amazing trigger considering the relative low price point of this gun.
