Terry, I don't believe so. this video has some nice close upd toward the end and I don't see USMC anywhere. I would still contact Colt to confirm this at Colt Tel: 800-962-COLT (2658) *Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm EST. Video here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSaxKdiU7CM

Yes it does it on the left side it says "Colt *** USMC" you can see it goo in the following review (and faintly in the Buds picture) http://www.gunsandammo.com/reviews/semper-fi-colt-m45a1-cqbp-marine-pistol-review/
