Can anyone tell me if these are C&R? I contacted Buds and they can't look at the serials unless I buy them, and couldn't tell me if they're C&R or not.

Its impossible to say. Even if someone did buy one, his serial number may be wildly off the one you get. I have read reviews from other sites where guys got one 50+ years old. Others much newer. Age is the only category these would fall under for C&R. And with out a serial number, its impossible to answer for sure.
