Hello Megan, this is a fake silencer on this weapon. While if you purchase online it will have to ship to a FFL, you do not need to purchase a $200 tax stamp. If you are looking into purchasing a silencer you do not need a class 3 license. You just have to purchase a $200 tax stamp and wait.
