I use Vihta Vouri N340 for all 3. It's very accurate and clean burning.
Unique is an incredible jack of all trades powder but no single powder is going to be the best across the board for multiple calibers, loads, and different guns. I.e. for magnum loads there are better choices but you can make good loads in most handgun calibers with unique.
Joe, HP-38 or WW231, are basically the exact same powder so whichever you can find cheapest. It will work in all three calibers. Meters well, has some graphite in it for good flow and is clean burning. For 9mm Luger, Power Pistol. For 38 SPL / .45 Auto Bullseye is also a great choice.
any of these 3 powders will do the Job for you Hodgdon Universal Clays, Winchester 231 (or Hodgdon HP-38 which is the same powder) and Alliant Unique will work great for you The Universal clays and unique give the added benefit of being good for some shotgun reloading
