It is not currently on the CA Approved Roster Mario. https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Sturm%2C+Ruger+%26+Co.

Hello Mario, unfortunately no. But Ruger does have several other revolvers that are. Hope that helps!
