yes it will I had one on a 300 Winchester Mag and it had no issues with the recoil

It will live just fine behind the 450 Bushmaster's recoil Shaun. Once mounted, shoot approximately 30rds to after the scope is set to zero. After the 30rds then start the dial in process of fine tuning your zero.
