John, the only benefit is the increase in velocity/muzzle energy of the longer barrel.The "Flash Suppressor' will make a difference in low light scenarios. Other than this, it's a toss up in my opinion.

pick the one you like the difference is small and to me owning what you like is just as important as small performance gains
