IMO its a gimmick even if it is "better" I don't have a problem maintaining my guns with the "old fashioned" finishes
Stephen, it is only slightly better than the "Standard" Glock Finish. It will last longer and keep your pistol looking better as it wards off nicks and scratches better. That said, my pistols with regular finishes keep just fine.
