No Robert. You wouldpay sales tax only if you reside in the same state as the Buds store you purchase from. If not, Buds does not collect sales tax. Your FFL just does the firearms transfer to you and charges there fee which could be from $15 to $35.
As or right now you will not pay sales tax at Buds unless you live in Ky, or Tenn however that will most likely be changing due to the recent Supreme Court decision. Most states except Ca do not collect sales tax at the FFL just the transfer fee
Hi Robert, It depends on your State. Here is Ca we have to pay sales tax to the FFL on the firearm. Most states you do not have to. You'll just need to pay your FFL fee.
