it will not work the base plate would have to be ground down to fit into the magwell also the 22tcm /9mm mags have modified feed lips to better feed the 22tcm the one james g pointed you to is also a 22tcm/9mm the correct mag is here https://advancedtactical.com/products/magazines/9mm/Rock-Island-Armory-Full-Size-1911-Magazine-High-Cap-17-rnd-9mm-38-Super# advanced tactical is the RIA factory store I own both and the mags do not interchange
