Hi Rene, Yes it will shoot FMC's without issue.

Rene, the cylinder on the (11759) is not cut for Moon Clips. https://www.smith-wesson.com/firearms/performance-center-model-686-0 -- The Plus Model (11769) is cut for Moon Clips : https://www.smith-wesson.com/firearms/performance-center-model-686-plus-0
