Hi,
Colorado doesn't allow the purchases of a fire arm that comes with a 30 round mag. does this some how apply to the lower and upper receiver?
is this still restricted or can i buy them

Mike, you can buy any upper receiver, lower receiver or complete rifle as long as it is not packaged with a restricted capacity magazine from the manufacturer.
