this is a follow-up to my 03/06/2018 post - just called Taurus this afternoon, my model 605 is still in their shop, being "tested" and is not yet ready to be returned. Tech reminded me there is a 12-week turnaround on repairs, I pointed out it has been more than 15. He said it should be ready, perhaps, in August......no other choice but to wait. Maybe when to move into their new Bainbridge facility, things will speed up.

sorry Taurus is not known for great, fast service  but their Revolvers are normally very good they will get it fixed you will have to be patient when dealing with Taurus costumer service again sorry you are having issues

Pointing out it has been 33% longer that their stated 12 week turnaround should have put some urgency in Tauruses step if you ask me. If Taurus says an average of 12 and are giving you a time frame of August when it's already been 15 is kind of ridiculous. They should just say an average of 18 to 20 weeks right up front. They probably have not touched your pistol at this time. I really hope you get it back in 100% working order soon Michael.
