Hi Tammy, You cant use this in a rifle. This just helps your magazine slide in quicker as well as slide out on release.

Pearce Grip Frame Insert, GLOCK 29SF and 30SF, Black. From Glock --- These units fit in the bottom rear cavity of a GLOCK M29SF and M30SF utilizing a friction fit to secure it in the frame. These Grip Frame Inserts will not fit a Generation 4 frame nor a Standard GLOCK M29 or M30 frame.
