I would say no. The trigger guard on the Ruger is molded into the stock so you would have to find a trigger guard that would fit. The Ruger also has only has 2 action screws that will be located different than the Howa action. The magazines for the Ruger would open another can of worms.

in a word... No. i would look for one specifically made for the ruger american series.
