The best way is to purchase a Bud's Gift Card for the total amount. You will then be able to give them the Gift Card code and they will be able to make the purchase with that code.

Just did it at Christmas. Do a gift card purchase at Bud's, get the code send it to your family member and they use the code when they complete the order. No hassle having shipped to different FFLs etc.
