Hi Eden, No this won't work. Here's the steps you need to do. You need to make a Buds account under your friends name, email etc. You then purchase them Buds gift card in the amount of your purchase. Then purchase the item on their account. Now when it ships to the FFL it will be under the correct name. This is the only way around it. Hope this helps.

you should do it by buying gift cards and let him order the gun in his name (he will need to make a Buds account)
