Hi Joseph, I just placed an order 5 minutes ago. If having issues I'd contact Buds. customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or use the blue Chat Now button.

The only problem I've ever had was when I copied and pasted the number. When I manually entered the number it worked fine.

Make sure you enter your name exactly as it appears on the card you are using, and enter the numbers manually. I used my card a few minutes ago and it went through fine.

Just logoff buds, clear your browser cach and cookies, restart browser, log back in and retry Joseph.
