You need to verify all this with the BATF to make sure it was all on the up and up and pay all the fees before you do anything. Then to add a silencer you would have to cut off the fake silencer, have the barrel threaded and pay the Federal Tax stamp of $200. Then you could buy the silencer and install it permanently. If it is not permanently installed then it would probably be another $200 Federal Tax Stamp to reclassify as a short-barrelled rifle. Not too costly yet? Then add a scope; you can add any scope that will fit on a weaver rail system. I wouldn't spend more than $100-$150 on a scope, something in the 1-9x40mm or less range assuming you want a variable and not fixed scope. If you want to go fixed, I would recommend 4x or 6x. Hope that helps but the cost will be extensive (excessive?).
