You will not need any SBR License Ivan since this pistol has a "Brace" and not a shoulder stock. You can buy it as you would any standard pistol.

no special license or tax stamp needed it is just like any other pistol if it is legal in your state you can buy it. If it does not meet the state requirements (some states have mag restrictions and some states have approval lists) it is illegal
