The 3 in (MOS 500 GS TKY 20 3 22VR XTRA) indicates a 3 inch chamber. However in the specifics it says it has a 2 3/4 chamber. I would think a turkey gun would be 3 inch. Does this gun have a 3 inch chamber?

It is 3" chambered. You can shoot any shell 3" or smaller.
