Hi Gabriel, No unless you have a ID in the same state that you're picking it up from. If so, yes you can.
As long as you have ID in the state Buds is located and that state has reciprocity for your CCW, you can do this Gabriel.

Not a handgun, by federal law handguns can only be received (paperwork and picked up ) in your state of residence long guns can be purchased and received across state line as long as the sale is legal in both states
Hey Gabriel, you do have to be a resident of the state that you wish to buy a handgun in. So, if you haven't become a resident of your new state yet, you couldn't buy it there. If you have become a resident of your new state, your CCW from another state likely became invalid once you became a legal resident of the new state. Hope that helps!
