Im looking at making this rifle my first and probably only AR and i was wondering if this rifle has the ability for me to add a holographic or acog sight as well as a fore grip?

no problems adding grips and sights the rails make it easy

It is good to go Nathan. The hand guard is a specific one call M-LOK so you must purchase M-LOK Rail Sections (length of your choice) to add any of the standard AR accessories.
