Hoyt, used firearms are treated the same regarding NY Laws is my understanding. I would still contact Buds just to confirm this at (859) 368-0371 or by using the Live Chat feature at the bottom right of the page starting at 9am EST.

it would have to be a NY compliant item and it would be treated the same as a new gun this Glock 22 is not NY legal and will not be shipped to a NY FFL you can verify this by Contacting customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button . we are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
