Looks like a Burris fast fire optic. No the optic is not included in the price of the firearm. The firearm can accept may different optics of the same basic design. There are MANY sights that will work on this firearm using the proper adapter plate. Sights provided are just a representation of the options. I recommend sticking with a name brand since they are better designed and will hold up to the abuse of a slide mount.
