I recently purchased my ABA Howa 1500 precision 6.5 Creedmoor rifle from budsgunshop. Shortly after I purchased an ammo boost Howa 1500 ATIM10R65CR creedmoor magazine from budsgunshop as a spare. As I install the new magazine, it does not lock in place? Is this normal?
