Steve, the firearm is no different than the ones for "Regular Folk". The Manufacturer has a QP?LE Only program where they ear mark a select few packages to be sold to QP/LE Only. The packages usually contain some extra goodies such as extra magazines etc but, the firearms are the same. It's a Factory thing and not a Vendor/Buds thing.
