any commercial ammo will work just fine in the CZ 527 steel ammo wolf is as good as any (note some ranges do not allow the use of steel ammo) there is no real brake in period on a bolt rifle https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/656_2081_10000582/products_id/37242/Wolf%207.62x39%20124%20Grain%20Full%20Metal%20Jacket%20Bi%20Metal/ I prefer brass ammo as a reloader BRASS https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/656_2081_10000582/products_id/58881/FIO%20762SOVA%207.6239%20123%20FMJ%2020/50/
Barrel break in is a myth. It was documented years ago by bench rest shooters that as they shot their rifles, that after they had put some rounds through the barrel that the barrel's accuracy got better. Then of course it deteriorated over time. Some folks decided that to get the best accuracy possible that they would shoot the rifle until that happened and call it "break in". There became a cult following of "barrel break in" since, which just means you are probably wasting ammo and wearing the barrel with no real enjoyment of the rifle during that period. Just use any ammo and clean the barrel properly and regularly and it will be fine.
