This one cannot Andrew due to the 13rd Magazine and currently only the "Blued" 10rd Inox Compact w/4.3 inch barrel is on the CA DOJ Approved Roster. The 10rd Stainless of this model should follow soon. https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Beretta
