In the description is says it has adjustable sights, is it the kind that's adjustable with a screw (flathead) or the adjustable with the hammer and hole punch/pin type???? I ate that there is no 360 view to visibly see the rear sight adjustment

Screw adjustable Novak style. There is an insert in the rear sight that moves between two ears. It works fairly well.

I have a RIA tactical just like this one and it does not have a adjustable rear site it has low profile novak style sites ton get the adj rear you need to go up to the tactical II or the ultra series  specs Specifications and Features:
