Robert, HiViz states these Fits: - Most Ruger MKII and MKIII - Some Ruger Single 6 with Adjustable Rear Sights - Many Browning Buckmark (Except Challenge, and 5.5" Target or Field Models) which should include the 22/45 Mark III.
