This gun is not on the California compliant list. You can find the California compliant list under the store directory on the left hand side of the page. Buds puts every gun except there used guns that are California compliant there. Hope this helps.

Uberti makes California approved 1866, 1873, 1873 cattleman, and 1875 Outlaw models. But this 1860 model is not approved.
